Hi Viva (Palmanova)
We just want to thank you all for a pleasant stay – especially BUFO and the rest from the Kids Club Staff (Nick, Louise and all the rest) – our kids enjoyed the stay very much and want to send them greetings for a great time.
As we are planning already to pay you a visit in 2009 we would very much like to be informed as soon as possible the (VIP) rates for June 2009 when available or do we get them automatically since we stayed at your resort and the reservation was made by the internet?
